After purchase, you will receive access to download the product files. You are responsible for downloading and saving your own copy.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, contact us at contractoradminkit@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use.

You may customize the templates for your own business.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the files
• Upload the files to public websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or template libraries
• Claim the files as your own product
• Use the files to create a competing template product or bundle

We make no guarantee that using our products will result in increased sales, revenue, profits, customers, or business performance.

You are responsible for how you use and customize the materials.

We aim to provide practical and useful materials, but we do not guarantee that every template will fit every business, trade, location, or situation.

We may update, revise, remove, or replace product files at any time. Unless clearly stated otherwise, your purchase does not include lifetime updates.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly store or process your full payment card details.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor Admin Kit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or issues arising from your use of the products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

All product materials, website content, branding, copy, designs, templates, and files are owned by Contractor Admin Kit or its owner unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the materials to you.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
